By downloading, installing, or using the La Mega KC mobile application (the "App") and/or the official website, the user accepts the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms described, we ask that you do not use the application.

1. Service description

La Mega KC is a free application that lets users listen to the online radio broadcast of the La Mega KC station, as well as receive notifications, promotional content, and links to social media associated with the station.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation. The broadcast may be affected by the user's internet availability, technical maintenance, or external factors.

2. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Modifying, decompiling, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the App.
• Rebroadcasting, recording, or redistributing the audio content without written authorization.
• Using the App for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
• Attempting to access systems, servers, or networks associated with the App without permission.
• Impersonating the station, its collaborators, or representatives.

3. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including logo, brand, audio, voice-overs, graphics, code, and design — is the property of La Mega KC or its licensors. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Use of the App does not grant the user any ownership rights over that content.

4. Third-party content and advertising

The radio broadcast may include content provided by third parties (music, advertisements, interviews, etc.). La Mega KC is not responsible for opinions expressed by third parties or for the accuracy of advertisements.

5. Availability and interruptions

La Mega KC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice and without liability to the user.

6. Limitation of liability

Use of the App is at the user's own risk. La Mega KC will not be liable for:

• Loss or damage to the device resulting from use of the App.
• Mobile data consumption associated with the broadcast.
• Interruptions, connection errors, or service failures.
• Actions or omissions of third-party services used by the App.

7. Privacy

Use of the App is additionally subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Minimum age

The App is not intended for children under 13. Minors may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

9. Changes to the Terms

La Mega KC may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this same page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the United States of America. Any dispute related to the App will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Kansas City.
